UC nozzles 3000 bar automated

The enz^® UC13-3 nozzle cleans pipes, e.g., industrial heat exchangers and pipelines. Its compact design allows cleaning of straight and bent pipes at pressures up to 3,000 bar (43,000 psi). The enz^® cross-jet technology effectively clears blockages. Sapphire inserts focus the water jets to increase cleaning performance, while the enz^® water brake regulates rotational speed, ensuring maximum impact force and optimal cleaning. UC nozzles (3,000 bar/43,000 psi) are available with or without thrust. Versions without thrust are suitable for use in automated cleaning systems.

Application

• Unblock hard, tough deposits of polymer, mineral, salts, or carbonized scales and residues
• Polish for inspection, e.g. IRIS – or simple universal cleaning
• Automated tube cleaning – single and multi-lance
