Job description
This role combines inside sales with digital marketing outreach. You will engage with businesses, contractors, and property managers via phone, email, and social platforms to offer our water jetting nozzles and accessories products. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and understand how to use social media to reach and convert potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:Inside Sales:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and website inquiries
- Make outbound calls to past customers and leads from marketing campaigns
- Qualify leads and schedule service appointments or consultations
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects using our CRM system
- Prepare and send estimates, proposals, and follow-up communications
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Social Media Outreach:
- Use platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, and LinkedIn to connect with businesses, builders, and commercial clients
- Create or coordinate content (posts, stories, videos, testimonials) that highlight our services and customer success stories
- Participate in local online groups/forums to build brand awareness and trust
- Work with the marketing team to run targeted ads and promotions
- Monitor messages and comments on social media and respond professionally and promptly
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of inside sales experience (home services industry a plus)
- Knowledge of water jetting nozzles and accessories is preferred, but not required
- Comfortable using social media for business purposes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in CRM/ERP tools and computer applications
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
